Beverly Howard, a supervisor at the Mini-Mart, says it was a great joy to tell one of her regular customers, Rod Henderson of Cuba, that he was a $4 million winner. Henderson, who works at Hanna Steel in Pekin, stops by the Mini-Mart every morning. The Illinois State Lottery says Henderson was the only one to match all six numbers in Monday night’s Lotto drawing, earning a prize of $4 million.
